Another new love of mine - Yats - was calling my name last night. A large plate of their B&B sounded too good to pass up! But I was feeling too creative (or in other words, too lazy) to drive out to Fishers, so I decided to concoct my own version of the wonderful dish. I combined this with a creation of Cheesy Jalapeno Cornbread - something I tried for the first time a few weeks ago at 10-01 in Broad Ripple.
I didn't have all of the ingredients, and I used a combination of multiple recipes for both dishes, but I was quite pleased with the results! I think I like this whole "cooking" thing...I just might keep this up :)
But if only I had one of these Reese's cheesecake brownies left to top it off....
